Member Jim Hawks Sworn in as Member of State Highway Commission

Gov. Pete Ricketts appointed North Platte City Administrator Jim Hawks as a member of the State Highway Commission on Janurary 26. Hawks fills a vacany in Dirstrict 6. The commission consists of eight private citizens with one member appointed from each of the eight highway districts.
